Return and Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

30-Day Trial Return Process

Provide Proof of Purchase: Provide the Mowrator purchase order number to ensure the machine was shipped directly from the Mowrator factory.

Submit Information Files: Submit 1 video and 2 pictures to ensure the return meets the requirements.

  • Video: Show a demonstration video where the machine does not meet expectations, explaining that the machine has been thoroughly tested. If there are software or accessory issues, please communicate with Mowrator support staff.
  • Picture 1: Show the internal packaging of the machine after cleaning, ensuring it does not affect the unboxing experience for others.
  • Picture 2: Show the sealed exterior packaging with tape, ensuring the appearance is intact for shipping.

Return Steps:

a. Obtain a new return shipping label.

b. Take the machine with the new shipping label to the nearest FedEx location for shipping (within 30 days of receiving the machine).

c. Take a picture of the shipping process and initiate the refund process.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), Worry-Free Puchase service. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at australia@mowrator.com.

Return fees

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

Returns made before order shipment will not incur any fees.

Returns made after order shipment will incur a $250 + 10% restocking fee.
