Issue 1: The machine stops and the blade ceases to work when it approaches tall grass (e.g., taller than 1 foot).
Possible Cause:
- The ultrasonic sensor is triggered.
Solution:
- Turn off the ultrasonic sensor via Settings-Ultrasonic Sensor. Please exercise caution when using without the sensor.

Issue 2: The machine cannot mow close to obstacle boundaries, such as walls or fences; it stops when it gets close.
Possible Cause:
- The ultrasonic sensor is triggered.
Solution:
- Turn off the ultrasonic sensor via Settings-Ultrasonic Sensor. Please exercise caution when using without the sensor.

Issue 3: The machine stops and cannot move forward when climbing steep slopes.
Possible Cause:
- The tilt sensor is triggered.
Solution:
1. Turn off the tilt sensor via Settings-Advance-Tilt Sensor. Please exercise caution when using without the sensor.

2. If you cannot find the Tilt Sensor via the mentioned path, please update to the latest firmware via OTA.

Issue 4: The machine cannot move indoors, and the machine lights up with a yellow light.
Possible Cause:
- The ultrasonic sensor is triggered.
Solution:
- Clear any foreign objects around the machine.
- Move the machine to an open outdoor area.
- Turn off the ultrasonic sensor via Settings-Ultrasonic Sensor. Please exercise caution when using without the sensor.

Issue 5: The machine stops and cannot move forward when encountering high grass/thick grass.
Possible Cause:
- The collision sensor is triggered.
Solution:
1. Turn off the collision sensor via Settings-Advance-Collision Sensor. Please exercise caution when using without the sensor.

2. If you cannot find the Collision Sensor via the mentioned path, update to the latest firmware via OTA.

Issue 6: After the machine is installed and paired with the remote control, it keeps showing a red light on a flat surface, unable to move or start the blade, with no errors or warnings displayed on the remote control.
Reason:
- IMU calibration failed.
Solution:
1. Update to the latest firmware via OTA.

2. Perform an IMU calibration while in a stationary horizontal state via Settings-Advance-IMU Calibration to restore.
Issue 1: The remote control distance does not exceed 20 meters (approximately 66 feet), and the remote control always warns that it is too far from the machine; what should I do if I want a longer range?
Reason:
Distance detection is enabled.
Solution:
1. Turn off distance detection via Settings-Advance-Distance Detection. Please exercise caution when using without this feature.

Issue 2: I am a person with a disability and can only operate the remote control with one hand; what should I do?
Rest assured, our latest firmware supports single-joystick operation.
Solution:
1. You can select the mode via Settings-Control Mode.
2. If you cannot find Control Mode via the mentioned path, check the firmware version via Settings-Firmware Updating.Our latest firmware versions are as follows:
Remote Control: 01.00.06.12
Chassis: 01.00.06.13
Battery: 01.00.05.04
If you do not have the latest firmware version, update to the latest firmware via OTA.

Issue 3: The remote control cannot be charged.
Possible Cause:
The original OTG cable is not used.
Solution:
Use the original dual USB-C OTG cable included with the machine to charge the remote control.

Issue 4: The machine cannot pair with the remote control, and the machine keeps flashing a green light.
Possible Cause:
The frequency has not been matched.
Solution:

Issue 1: After installing the vacuum kit, the remote control keeps displaying a "motor overheating" error.
Reason:
- The vacuum mode has not been switched.
Solution:
- Switch to VAC/M mode via the MOW/M-Switch.

Issue 2: When installing the vacuum kit, the original blade's fixing screws on the machine are too tight to remove.
Solution:
- We recommend using an impact wrench to remove the screw. Please exercise caution when operating it.
Details are as follows:
- Using an impact wrench with a 1/2" Drive x 15 mm socket, loosen the shaft bolt counterclockwise.
Issue 1: When upgrading via an Android phone, you cannot register/login to the APP.
Reason:
The registration process is not completed.
Solution:
Click the "skip" button in the upper right corner of the APP interface to skip the registration/login screen and proceed directly with the upgrade.

Issue 2: The upgrade fails.
Solution:
Perform a forced update.
Requirements:
- Both the machine and the remote control need to enter forced upgrade mode.
- Remote Control: (1) You can enter forced upgrade mode using the APP as shown in the guide video (2) Hold the leftmost blade + one-click left turn button, then press the power button to enter forced upgrade mode.
- Machine: Enter forced upgrade mode as shown in the guide video.
